This three-day course offers a comprehensive study of distillation
technology and provides an introduction to a variety of processes which employ this key unit operation.

The principles of distillation will be covered in detail to provide a platform on which the discussion of distillation column design, control and operation will be based.

The course is designed on a modular basis such that all major aspects of the unit operation are dealt with in a logical manner. Each module builds on the learning achieved in the previous session. Dynamic simulation is used to explore the topics covered on the course.
