Description
The course studies both the principles and practicalities of well operations including a description of the mechanical design of wells for both natural and artificial lift. The study of the phase behaviour of well fluids and the process of three-phase separation at the wellhead is also covered as is the design and operation of a typical wellhead separation plant.
Key Topics Covered:
- Oil and Gas Reservoirs
- Reservoir Management
- Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR)
- Design of the Well
- Well Operations
- Fluid Behaviour
- Three-Phase Separation
- Wellhead Separation Plant
- Operation of a Wellhead Plant
