Compression of Hydrogen and Carbon Dioxide - challenges, issues and solutions

This practical two-day gas turbine course offers a comprehensive overview of the operation and control of industrial gas turbines used for both power generation and as drivers for compressors and pumps. The course explains how a turbine works and the different types in common use. How to control and operate turbines efficiently and key troubleshooting techniques and information will also be explained.

This 2-day course provides delegates with an introduction to the design of the various types of heat exchangers used in the process industries. The introduction will include the mechanical design of each type along with it's advantages and disadvantages.A case study provides the opportunity to select the best heat exchanger design for a particular process requirement and to calculate the size of the exchangers needed to meet the heat transfer service.

This two day course is designed to provide the tools and knowledge to identify and solve the most common pumping system problems. The fundamentals of both dynamic and positive displacement pumping systems will be covered as well as pump selection and control.
