This two-day course provides a comprehensive study of the formation of oil and gas reservoirs, their flow characteristics and management to optimise recovery both naturally and by use of artificial means.
The course studies both the principles and practicalities of well operations including a description of the mechanical design of wells for both natural and artificial lift. The study of the phase behaviour of well fluids and the process of three-phase separation at the wellhead is also covered as is the design and operation of a typical wellhead separation plant.
