We specialize in training control room operators using our state of the art PEARL simulator. It is portable so we can deliver the training at your location or ours. The courses are usually 4 or 5 days in duration and are highly intensive and 'hands-on'. We also offer shorter 'aptitude' courses where we help to assess the suitability of operators to move into the control room environment.

Description

 

This training is highly in-depth, with only 2 delegates present on each course. In addition to covering a range of key topics (listed below), this course also offers delegates the opportunity to learn and improve their skills with a peer. To effectively complete the simulation exercises, delegates must work together and solve problems, developing their ability to work within a team.

 

The instructor provides regular feedback for each delegate regarding their demonstrated ability to listen and consider other ideas, while also being assertive in putting forth their own ideas about the cause and solution to a problem.
